The Ekumfi Music Awards (EMA 25) media tour has officially kicked off — and it started with a bang at Mfantseman FM in Mankessim!
This exciting tour is aimed at creating public awareness, engaging communities, and showcasing the mission and vision of the second edition of the Ekumfi Music Awards. At Mfantseman FM, listeners were treated to an insightful conversation as the EMA team unveiled the full program outline, announced key dates, and emphasized the role of the awards in recognizing and celebrating creative talents from Central region and beyond.
The session was led by Nana Nyarko Alexander, Head of Communications for EMA, who passionately explained how the initiative is not just about awarding artists — but about using music as a powerful tool for community development, youth empowerment, and cultural promotion.
He also called on stakeholders, media partners, artists, and fans to get involved and support this homegrown platform that is redefining entertainment in the Ekumfi enclave.
The radio tour will continue with stops at several major stations across the Central Region, including Kobbes FM, Obrumankoma FM, Kingdom FM, Ahyease Radio, Eagle FM, and more. Each visit will feature discussions, interviews, and education on how EMA 25 is shaping the creative future of the region.
This is more than an award — it’s a movement. The Ekumfi Music Awards is giving voice to rising talents, promoting unity among creatives, and shining a light on the untapped potential in our communities.
